I love this! I’ve had to re-label & re-categorize some of my negative feelings and thoughts. For example, nervous. If I am nervous about my upcoming jewelry show then I’m inviting in thoughts of “I’m not good enough”, and “they’ll be sorry they invited me”. But if I change nervous to excited then my thoughts become “I’m looking forward to showing them what I love doing”, and “what a great opportunity to meet and network with a group of local women who strive to do good”.
