Whenever I have the opportunity to share my story and what I’ve gleaned about leadership over the past 40 years - I’m inspired by the fact that I always have new aha moments of understanding. Why some strategies worked out well, why some didn’t, and how important it is to foster healthy communicative relationships with those whom you lead.
